Before we start there are a few things I need you to do to get the most out of this experience:

  1. Make sure to click here to join the program group on Facebook where I’ll be hosting the daily live trainings plus offer extra support and group conversation. Pop in and say hello—introduce yourself. Maybe even find an accountability buddy.
